Andew J. Phillips has been a member of the firm since October 1988. His emphasis is litigation, where he practices his own unique approach to aggressive legal representation. Andrew is married with four children. Andrew is active in community organizations including, Nova Counseling, E.B. Davis Children's Home, Oshkosh North Hoops Club, Oshkosh Spartan Softball Club and often provides pro bono services through the Legal Action of Wisconsin. His areas of practice include:

Beth is a recent addition to Kindt Phillips, S.C., but she has been practicing law in Oshkosh for over twenty years. Beth focuses her practice on worker’s compensation, personal injury and all kinds of civil litigation. Beth is also the author of an extensive book about civil litigation called Trial Preparation Tools, which helps prepare other lawyers nationwide to try cases before judges and juries. Beth is married with two children.
