Professional Background

Mr. Friedman started his career as with a Masters in Health Care Administration from the University of Washington and worked in hospital and healthcare management and consulting for over 20 years. He moved to Wisconsin in 1987. He earned a law degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1995. He joined Kindt PhillipsFriedman & Fremgen, S.C., in 2003 after running his own firm, Health Law Associates for seven years.

Mr. Friemdan is a frequent speaker on health law, estate planning, living wills and powers of attorney. He is a member of the American, Wisconsin & Winnebago County Bar Associations. He has served as President of Health Law Section of the Wisconsin Bar Association.

Personal Background

Mr. Friedman was born in 1950 in Los Angeles, California. He is married and has two children and four step-children. He is active in community affairs and has served on the Boards of Directors of the Oshkosh Southwest Rotary, the Oshkosh Symphony Orchestra and Congregation B'nai Israel. He has been a member of the Oshkosh Foundation Special Impact Grants Committee, the Oshkosh Chamber Government Affairs and Public Relations Committees, Leadership Oshkosh, and the Wisconsin Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.
