Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin 1960; married with four children.

PRACTICE AREAS:

Andrew J. Phillips has been a member of the firm since October, 1988. He has been a shareholder with the firm since January, 1991. In his practice, Andy concentrates on litigation involving automobile accidents, personal injury, labor and employment matters (discrimination, non-compete agreements, severance agreements, contract negotiation, grievance handling and grievance arbitration), telecommunications law, general/civil litigation (including divorce/family law) and other areas of the law. Andy advises clients and represents and defends them in all types of court and administrative hearings, trials and appellate court cases relating to such litigation. His published cases include Umhoefer v. Police & Fire Commission of the City of Mequon, 2002 Wis. App. 217, 257 Wis. 2d 539, 652 N.W.2d 412 (Wis. App. 2002); and Ter Maat v. Barnett, 156 Wis. 2d 737, 457 N.W.2d 551 (Wis. App. 1990).
